Android Oreo Reaching Towards Sprint’s HTC 10 Gadgets

There has been new information shared by HTC’s VP of Product Management Mo Versi in a new Twitter feed. According to him, the Android 8.0 Oreo update has started hitting the HTC 10 units for Sprint in the US.

However, initially, it was Android Marshmallow that was used while the launching of HTC 10 took place. Marshmallow was updated by Nougat in the subsequent update, and now Nougat will be replaced by Oreo.
There was another update of Ore released for the unblocked units of HTC 10, but due to certain technical issues it wasn’t released and HTC had to pull it back. This same update has been issued again, just a week ago, and all of the gadgets of HTC 10 are in receipt of this new update.
The T-Mobile and Verizon customers will still have to wait for about two months to get this update, whereas only Sprint users are in receipt of the Oreo update for now.
Are you excited about this new update? As we are sure the other carriers are not so happy about the delay.
